Tennessee Titans fans are mad about the snap counts at linebacker over the last three weeks as Cedric Gray has played less than Cody Barton, but as we search for answer everyone keeps their attention on Barton, the real answer is with rookie Anthony Hill. Barton can more successfully help the rookie with the communication aspect of playing linebacker and Gray may be more talented, but knows the defense less. The Titans are choosing to develop Hill and allow Barton to help, even at the expense of Gray.
