The Tennessee Titans are an embarrassment to the NFL and not in the ways most fans would think. Yes, the Titans are losing games, but the real issue from a business standpoint is the revenue the Titans are not producing. This is bad business for the NFL and if it continues as the new stadium opens, the Titans may see some interference from the NFL or a potential forced sale. The NFL doesn't have relegation like European soccer leagues and this might be the closest they could get. However, a forced sale would be truly bad optics for the Titans and if it went that route, would likely not happen for the foreseeable future.
The Tennessee Titans lost both of their top right guard options on Sunday with starter Fernando Carmona going down a few weeks with an ankle and Jackson Slater suffering a serious foot injury. This leaves the Titans in a terrible spot with a domino effect that could potentially hurt the best part of the team so far, the offensive line. As a replacement, Garrett Dellinger is the top internal replacement, but the Titans could get creative as well.
