The Tennessee Titans have been absolutely awful on offense all year and Cam Ward has not played great football. Head coach Robert Saleh reaffirmed his commitment to Ward as the starting quarterback following their loss against the Houston Texans. Saleh is right to back Ward whether he believes in him or not because Ward either turns it around or gives the Titans a chance to get their next quarterback. Also, the truth is the team will not be noticeably better with Mitch Trubisky in. Not only that, but it ruins Brian Daboll's reputation by giving up on Ward so soon which won't entice him to future employers, same with Saleh.
